This business was founded on personal experience, compassion, and a deep respect for caring with dignity. Having had the opportunity to care for aging parents personally, we understand how difficult this process can be.
Our mission is simple: to help Kansas City families find care facilities and living arrangements where they can feel peace, confidence, and comfort in their decision. Every placement is approached with care, transparency, and respect for the individual — not just availability or convenience.

Founder

I‘m Deb Forde, founder of Right Place Advisors, a referral-based placement service dedicated to helping families find care environments where their loved ones feel safe, respected, and at peace.

While I do not come from a traditional living placement background, my experience is grounded in real life. I cared for aging parents and witnessed firsthand how quickly health, mobility, and independence can change. I also recognize that not every family has the ability, resources, or circumstances to provide in-home care — and no one should feel guilt or pressure for that reality.

My professional background as an account manager has shaped how I approach this work: I am relationship-driven, detail-oriented, and deeply committed to advocating for the people I serve. I take the time to understand each family’s needs and work closely with vetted care facilities to ensure thoughtful, appropriate placements.
