2. Simplified Terms of Service (ToS)

Since you are a referral business, your ToS needs to protect you from liability regarding the actual care provided by the facilities you recommend.

1. Nature of Our Services Right Place Advisors provides advisory and referral services to assist families in identifying potential housing and care options. We are not a healthcare provider, a medical facility, or an insurance agent. Our role is strictly as a neutral intermediary and advisor.

2. No Guarantee of Care While we strive to recommend high-quality facilities, we do not own, manage, or control the providers we suggest. The final decision to move into a facility rests solely with the client/guardian. Right Place Advisors is not responsible for the actual care, medical treatment, or safety of the client once they have moved into a third-party facility.

3. Accuracy of Information Facility availability, pricing, and care levels change frequently. While we provide the most current data available, we recommend that families verify all critical details directly with the facility during the tour and contract phase.

4. Our Compensation [Compliance Note: Use the version that applies to you]

• Version A (If free to families): Our services are provided at no cost to families. We are compensated through a referral fee paid by the participating community or provider after a successful move-in.

• Version B (If you charge a fee): Our fees are outlined in your individual Service Agreement and are due upon [completion of assessment/move-in].

5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Right Place Advisors shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the choice of facility or the actions/omissions of any third-party housing provider.
